Holiday lighting
We put it up. We take it down. We keep it.
Professional-grade lights cut to your roofline, hung clean in November, looked after all season, down in January, then labelled and stored until next winter. The only thing you touch all winter is the switch.
Start to finish
Five parts, and four of them are ours
The lights were never the hard part. It is the ladder on frozen ground, the strand that quits the week of Christmas, and the take-down that waits for the coldest stretch of January.
- 01
Design
We walk the property and map a display that fits the house, not a kit.
- 02
Install
Professional-grade lights, cut to your roofline, clipped clean and secure.
- 03
Maintain
A bulb or a fuse quits mid-season, we come back out. That is included.
- 04
Take-down
January, on our ladder, in our cold. Not yours.
- 05
Store
Labelled by run and stored until next winter, so year two is faster than year one.
What we light
Not only the roofline
- Rooflines and eaves
- Wreaths
- Garland
- Trees, standing and wrapped
- Porches, columns and railings
- Commercial frontages
Tell us what you have in mind and we will design it around the building rather than hanging a kit on it. Commercial frontages too, on the same terms.
The part people picture
Garland, columns, wreath
The roofline is what the road sees. The porch is what your family walks through, and it is the part that separates a job somebody paid for from a Saturday with a staple gun.
We cut the garland to the beam, wrap the columns at an even spacing the whole way up, and hang a wreath that is actually centred on the door. In January it all comes down and goes into storage labelled by run, so next year is faster.
Which one is for you
Permanent or seasonal
We do both and we would rather sell you the right one once. Here they are against each other.
- Goes up
- Once
- Every November
- Comes down
- Never
- Every January
- Storage
- Nothing to store
- We label and store it
- Works for
- Every holiday, plus every ordinary night
- The season you booked
- Control
- App, from anywhere
- A switch
- Security lighting
- Yes, all white on demand
- No
- You pay
- Once, for the install
- Every season
- Best if
- You do this every year anyway
- One-off, a rental, or you want a change each year
Worth knowing before you book
If you do this every year, do the other one
Seasonal lighting is the right call for a one-off, a rental, or a year you want something different. But if you have us out every November and every January, you are paying for the install twice a year forever. Permanent lighting is one install, it covers Christmas and every other holiday, and it lights the house on the nights in between.
We will tell you which one fits when we come out. We would rather sell you the right one once.

Installs run on dry days, and there are only so many of those between November and the first real snow across Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula. The earlier you are on the list, the better your pick of dates.

What it looks like in daylight The same house at eleven in the morning, and a close look at the channel the lights sit in.
Running it from your phone Scenes, schedules, zones, and every bulb to white when you want the frontage lit.
A U.P. winter February, snow on the ground, lights on, and nobody standing on a ladder.

Book a measure
Get a real number, not a guess
Lighting is priced off your actual roofline, so we come and measure it. Every house is a different length of run, a different number of gables, and a different climb. Anyone quoting you from a desk is guessing.
- We measure the roofline on site. That is the only way the number is real.
- You get the price in writing, with what it covers.
- No deposit to get a number, and no obligation after you have one.
