Permanent lighting
One install. Then the ladder stays in the garage.
A track of individually controlled LEDs fitted along your roofline and left there. You change the look from an app: soft warm white most nights, full color for a holiday, every bulb to white when you want the front of the house lit. It does not come down in January, and it does not come down at all.
LEDs fitted along your roofline and left there. Change the color from an app. Nothing comes down in January.

Tap a scene. The house changes.
See it on your house
Send a photo, get it back lit
One photo of the front of your house. We light the roofline and send it back two ways: how it looks in the daytime, and how it looks at night. It takes about a minute and there is nothing to fill in.
Lighting your roofline
About a minute. Both pictures come back together, so leave this open.
These two pictures are your own photograph with the lights generated onto it by an AI model. We measured how far it moves a building while doing that: on a test house, nothing shifted by even one pixel. It is still a preview and not a photograph of finished work, your roofline gets measured on site before any price, and your photo is only sent to us if you choose to attach it to a request.
Why people switch
The November ladder, and the January one
Every year the same routine. The ladder comes out on the one dry Saturday November hands you, with the wind coming off the lake. The strands spend ten months in a tote and a few of them quit in the meantime. Then in January, in the coldest stretch of it, the ladder comes back out to take it all down.
And for the other ten months the house sits dark. That is the part most people do not think about until they have the alternative: a frontage that is lit, quietly and warmly, on an ordinary night in June.
What changes
-
No ladder, ever again
We install it once. Nothing to hang, nothing to take down, nothing to store.
-
Every holiday, not just one
Christmas, the Fourth, Halloween, your team's colors on a Friday night. Two taps.
-
Light on the house year-round
Warm white reads as architectural lighting. Most of the year nobody would call it a decoration.
-
A light you can use
All white, all on, and the whole frontage and driveway are lit.
The looks
Countless settings, one install
Every bulb is addressed on its own, so a pattern can travel along the roofline instead of the whole run flipping at once. These are the ones people actually use.
Warm white
The everyday setting. Reads as architectural lighting, not as a decoration.
Soft accent
A few lights spaced along the eave. Quiet, and on every night of the year.
Christmas
Red and green, chasing or still, without a ladder in November.
Fourth of July
Red, white and blue down the whole roofline.
Halloween
Orange and purple, and it changes back the next morning.
Security
Every bulb to full white at once, and the whole frontage is lit.
Try them on the picture at the top of this page, or on a photo of your own house further up.
Capability
Not only a holiday display
Any color, and it moves
RGB and RGBW LEDs, addressed one bulb at a time. So a pattern can travel along the roofline instead of the whole run changing at once.
Security lighting, on the same run
Hold every bulb at full white and the system stops being decorative. Somebody pulls in the driveway at two in the morning and the front of the house is lit.
Landscape lighting below the roofline
The roofline is where most people start. The beds, the path, the trees and the drive are the half that makes a house look finished after dark.
Run from your phone
Colors, patterns and brightness from the Pixel Dancer app. Set it once for the season or change it for a Saturday.
The question everyone asks first
What does it cost?
We are not going to put a number on this page, and it is worth saying why rather than leaving you to guess. Permanent lighting is priced off your actual roofline. Two houses on the same street can be thousands apart, so any figure printed here would be wrong for almost everybody reading it, and we would only have to take it back standing in your driveway.
What we can tell you is exactly what moves the number.
- 01
How much roofline you light
The single biggest factor. A single-story ranch frontage and a two-story with dormers, a wraparound porch and a detached garage are not the same job, and they are not close.
- 02
How hard the run is to reach
A roof we can work from a ladder costs less than one that needs staging or a lift. We work that out standing in your driveway, not from a photo.
- 03
Which lights, and how they mount
Track, clips or magnetic strings, and the brightness the building needs. A storefront that has to read from across a parking lot takes different hardware than a porch.
- 04
Whether you add the ground
Landscape lighting is priced separately, and it is meaningfully cheaper to do in the same visit than to come back for a year later.
How you get a real number
- We come out and measure. Usually under an hour, and it costs nothing.
- You get one written price with everything it covers listed on it.
- No deposit to get that number, and no obligation once you have it.
- The price does not move after you accept it unless you change the job.
The hardware
What goes on your roof
We install Minleon, in the permanent RGBW range. Bars, dots, pebbles and tiles, matched to the building. Every claim here is one the manufacturer makes, and we will send you their spec sheet if you want to read it yourself.
- Built for all four seasons
- Minleon manufactures these strings for four-season, year-round use, with extra insulation on the wire. They are not seasonal strands left up.
- One dead bulb does not kill the run
- A double data line means a single bad pixel will not take the rest of the string with it. It is the difference between a system and a strand of Christmas lights.
- The track is meant to disappear
- UV-coated PVC channel in white, black, brown, gray or sand, in three-foot sections, matched to your trim. You see it at night. In daylight you have to look for it.
- Mounted the way your roof needs
- Three-way track, a smart base, adjustable clips, molded clips, or magnetic Pebble strings. The roof decides, not the catalog.
- Brightness where a building needs it
- The 24-volt Pebble strings carry two RGBWs per bulb, the brightest Minleon makes, built to read from across a parking lot. That is the commercial answer.
- Warranty
- The lights are warrantied for 100,000 hours, and our labor for two years.
We install this product, we do not manufacture it. Anything above that reads like a specification comes from Minleon. Anything about the install, the schedule or the service is ours.
Up close
An inch of channel under the shingle edge
The fixtures seat down inside it, set back behind the lip. That is why the fascia under them stays dark after sunset and why you see light on the wall instead of a row of glowing balls.

Lighting is the newest thing we do, and it is on the same terms as everything else: we turn up when we said, we are insured, and the job is not finished until it passes inspection.
Before you commit to anything
- Ask for the certificate of insurance. We will send it before we quote.
- Ask for the manufacturer's spec sheet on the lights. We will send that too.
- Ask what is covered by us and what is covered by the manufacturer. It goes in writing on your estimate.
Or just call and ask. (906) 291-1601

Book a measure
Get a real number, not a guess
Lighting is priced off your actual roofline, so we come and measure it. Every house is a different length of run, a different number of gables, and a different climb. Anyone quoting you from a desk is guessing.
- We measure the roofline on site. That is the only way the number is real.
- You get the price in writing, with what it covers.
- No deposit to get a number, and no obligation after you have one.
